All sales are final. Cancellations will not be allowed once the order is completed.

Items shipped new that are opened will be replaced if defective. You must return the item to us within 15 days of purchase. We will only refund open items if we cannot replace them. This is in line with the policies of other online sellers and is to protect the copyright of the artist and to prevent a few unscrupulous individuals from copying items/transferring them to electronic devices and then sending them back for a refund.
